The Community Support Program at Coldwell Banker Lombard Street allows you to make a donation to Swords to Plowshares through your real estate transaction (both buyers and sellers). At the close of escrow, the program generates a donation amount equal to 10% of your representing realtor’s net commission for Swords to Plowshares. (For example, a $500,000 transaction could generate a $7000 donation to Swords to Plowshares).
